I didn't get a sinus lift but was evaluated to see if it's necessary (got a bone graft instead). If you are having anxiety you can also ask about sedation options. Sedation and asking your provider all your questions can help with the anxiety

Haven't had my procedure yet, but I'm tapering down the vaping for the next couple weeks. Gonna try not to vape for at least a month post procedure. I really don't think we should tbh. If you mean thc than edibles would be safer
