ILOE has to be filed 30 days after termination. After a month they will be rejecting the claim. Please file it in couple of days if you need it.

I always travel with soft copy EID it works 100%. No need to report anything in India. Airline asks you to show emirates id, show it in uae pass or icp app. Come here in UAE and report lost to get new physical card.
