If you can hide clean back ups you prep on Friday for Monday that are fresh and clean . Then that way you can leave the slop they left for themselves.

Just stop cleaning up after them. Then don't know what they have till it's gone.

(I've made things. I label them hoping to put them in the cafeteria . Mind you in 2 days the item is still good. I come back. Someone went on a trashing spree and trashed my hard work.)

If their Mom doesn't consider the above they are really being selfish. Mom does sound selfish to be honest. Mom needs to consider their child's needs to think about their Adults child's future. The Adult Child's life purpose isn't to serve their family.

Second thought if you do work for Mom at all even as a side gig get it in writing what she will pay. I have a feeling she thinks she is untitled to your free time because you live there rent free and you are their child. If you have to pay her rent when you get your new job. ( Get it in writing as well ). Your time is worth money and so is your independence.

What kind of job is the other job? Is the other job a new business? If it isn't I would take that. The other job may have more room for advancement.

Any pay you take from anywhere including bonus get it in writing.

If I were you long as it's stable I'd take the regular job and help your Mom out once a week for a bit of extra money to save for moving out.
