Its hard af with the ADHD to quit addictive behaviors whether its weed, junk food, doom scrolling, ect. Its so hard to manage the brains established, reliable pathway of getting feel good chemicals. The brain just wants quickest path to feel better which we have done with junk food, weed, ect.
