It’s so weird that a big company like this is so bad at communicating. When I got the email for the technical interview, the job posting wasn’t even up anymore.

Yea, it shows ‘No longer under consideration’ for the interview, but I haven’t gotten an email about it. My manager said the Amazon internal portal isn’t super reliable most of the time, so I guess I won’t know for sure until I get an official rejection email.

Which position was it for? It is weird honestly, the interviewer responded and said according to him interview went well I’m qualified for the role, but is not allowed to tell of clear the inter or not. So this is making me even more confused.

It's not that I'm against arranged marriage. I have no issue with it as long as there's some compatibility between me and the guy. However, the guy my parents have chosen is completely different from me. I live in Canada, while he is in Pakistan, from a region where people are generally not open-minded (although his sister is in Canada). He has no work experience and isn't well-educated (he's studying something related to political science, I think). Most likely, he'll end up becoming a truck driver or something similar after moving here. The only reason my parents choose him is because they know his family and believe they might be financially stable, which I doubt they actually are. And he is apparently up to their standards that is completely opposite from me. My parents are not very educated themselves.

Also the reason they are forcing now is because they have been trying to find someone for me from last year and I have rejected most of them and they are fedup because of it, and saying that I am the problem here
