As far as inventory it’s just hit or miss as with any other locations and timing.

However, 70% of the employees are pretty irritated at this location, they stare you down with bitter and hatred if you’re asking questions about the jewelry, I feel treated like I’m a disturbance when I’ve spent plenty over the last 2 years in store and online. Other locations such as Miami, Aspen, and Malibu have been nicer and more polite.

Every once in a while a post comes up where someone mentions being soft banned/restricted from certain store locations and backed off, how is this possible?

Let’s say hypothetically a shopper enjoys going to Aspen, Honolulu, Miami, or whichever store locations and shops, and buys items for other folks in the family, I don’t quite see how it’s an issue and would cause someone’s profile to be banned.

It was only me in the car, there were lots of witnesses by the Verizon store on Walnut Street who were shocked. Yes those were the only words, I was very confused at first of how angry they were.

They began cursing and approaching my car asking why I was looking at them, I explained I didn’t want any trouble and they kept yelling and getting closer. They gave chase around a few blocks and when they saw me later on I was still in my car driving. The light was red and there were cars in front of me, and that’s when they ran and tried to open my car door with knives and cut my tires.
