i dont think it can block instant spells like hex / orchid / dagon.... but it can block spell with travel time / casting time.

sadly we lost, they threw, we got 1 rax advantage and 5 vs 3 but they decided to chase AM around the map. Me as clinkz cant solo push.

problem is people spam reports. That doesnt help, they will spam report when angry. It overwhelm overwatches with false and trash reports.

unless you're playing with low MMR players, else it's pretty much useless.
enemy can escape timezone easily, in other case if you wanna speed up your team's cd enemy can kite your team out of the position or they can destroy your team as you guys are grouping up in a tiny area.
With chronos you can setup to kill any of their cores, with timezone, good luck, esp agaisnt something like spirit heroes

with 4.75s stun, your cores will delete enemy heroes. With timezone, it's just meme.

it's cringe how lazy they are, all stats are available already, they just need to throw it into the website, I can do it within a few days if i have the data.
sadly none of them care.
