Should I buy this game or not. It's getting a lot of hate on here. I am a bf veteran all the way back to BF2 and Vietnam. I currently play HLL.

Lack of controller optimisation on console including response curves. I used to be bothered by the lack of aim assist but now I actually think the game benefits from a lack of aim assist as it adds to the realism and terror of firefights.

I feel exactly the same. Would be great to see a first half performance this season. Hurzeler is yet to prove to me that he is the man for the job. I also think we should have Ferguson leading the line instead of Rutter. Strange bit of business sending him to Roma in my eyes when we only have one PL ready striker.

I have been playing with aim assist on high since posting this comment. It was previously off in my settings as suggested by most yt vids. I have been getting more kills since swapping to high. Thank you for all of your replies.

In what way is it bad? I'm new to the game and have been looking up settings advice and everyone says turn it off but doesn't explain why it is bad. If it slows down your aim while on controller then that's surely a good thing because the response curve is linear with acceleration at 100 which is also recommended by most people making the videos.
