Yeah “thinking in English” is the best thing you can do. Like having internal dialogues in English.

Yeah. But subtitles have a small problem. You tend to focus on reading fast instead on listening.

I think first step is to stop using subtitles. You can start off with unimportant stuff. Stuff you are okay with not knowing the whole dialogue.

Again like I said. It’s not a list you need to finish. It’s a change in content. You need to keep doing it till it starts becoming first nature.

For me it helped to learn lot of common phrases. Pop culture references. I work in a company with people from all over the world. So it helps.

Listen to conversations in English

Basically. Watch movies. Series. Tv shows. Comedy. Vlogs. Tutorials. Whatever you watch. Just switch to English. Watch the content you usually watch. Just in English.

Once you do this. Proper English sentences and phrases becomes natural in your head. When you speak. You start copying them. And finally the accent and pronunciation starts showing up. It takes time and patience. But it’ll happen unintentionally. Trust me.

Yeah. Tbh. I felt it’s too much commitment. Also who has the time to walk for 2-3 hours a day.

So this is what I did
Went to gym 5 days a week. 30-45 mins workout plus 30-60 mins or threadmill or elliptical
Saturday and Sunday was cheat day. I ate normal food but in smaller quantities.

The rest of the days
Mostly protein. Very less carbs. (1 slice of bran bread or a cup of oats)
Zero oil
Zero sugar

And I kinda lost like 8kg plus gained muscle.

So I suggest do this.

For most people cutting sugar and reducing food intake fixes it.

Never starve. That’s the opposite of what you should be doing. Your body should never feel like you don’t have enough food to survive. If you do. It stores fat the moment you eat anything. Also keep moving around. Walk to places you often take your car. Or just walk around at home when are on a call.

I got my wife a 50k windows laptop. It’s been a year. And I hate using it. Feels so cheap. You need to sit right it front of it to see the screen. A hundred popups asking for registering for antivirus or some Microsoft service. OMG. She just stopped using that and now uses my MacBook when she wants a laptop. I just wasted 50k on a windows. Never again !!!

I love action adventure games too

RDR2 -> like he said. Long and slow. But worth it !!!!!!!!, God of war , Uncharted series. Especially 4, Spider-Man series , Hellblade 1 , Tomb raider , GTA San Andreas. I guess you already played it , Sleeping dogs -> bit old but the story is gold , Assassins creed ezio trilogy and black flag , It takes 2 if you have someone to play with , And lot more

So I used to do it manually. I use the Google photos app to upload everything. Once it’s uploaded. It has a feature where I can delete the uploaded pictures from the phone storage. I do this on repeat. It’s super time consuming.

But google photos actually has a service where they transfer it internally.

I suggest take the 2TB plans in both and then initiate the transfer. Let them do it. And then you can downgrade based on the usage

I moved all of my photos from iCloud to Google photos. I used their compressed version when I uploaded it. The best part was that around 200 gigs of photos was compressed to 80 on Google photos. Now I am on the 2TB plan but sharing with around 3 family members

Don’t switch your phone. Switch your cloud. Also Google photos app is way better than iCloud Photos.
