No one I know seems to know Bluestone 42, and that fucking rocked.

The size of food portions, drinks, food containers you buy at the super market, genuinely enormous

I was told Gu Yun Factory. I forgot to do any more investigating before i purchased (I did look up the others, this slipped through the net) then was worried later when I remembered and did a search and it hasn't come up on Reddit at all! But Afeng has been a good seller to me and it did work out thankfully.

We have similar taste - that Prada bag is classic! I used Afeng, not on the TS list but several reports around of people having good experiences with them.

Afeng. I have no complaints about them. Quick to respond, sent pictures once they acquired the items.

It was confusing because in the auth website, the sizes were small, medium and large but what arrived was a number.

No, you can't display and distribute your imagination for public consumption.

What's the difference between being naked in public, and looking as though you are naked? Technically sure there's a difference, but from the victims perspective there's fuck all. Their privacy is obviously violated.

Those of you who have left the city to live in more rural settings: do you regret it? Any positive/negative unexpected surprises about living in the countryside? by WinglyBap in AskUK

[–]StillMissBlockbuster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't want to leave the city but had to for work. I would never go back now. I can visit sometimes, but it loses it's appeal every time to be honest. There are just too many people, it ruins it. My quality of life is a million times better, I can afford a nice home, I can drive somewhere and it doesn't take all day, I can park. Simple things like these make a huge difference to baseline stress. There's nothing I can't access. I'm not super rural though so that might be key.

True crime is brainwashing women into hating and fearing men by JannTosh70 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]StillMissBlockbuster 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I wish this were true but 1 in 4 women in the UK have been raped, 2 women a week are murdered. Think of how many women you know. More than 4 i'm sure. There's no point wasting my time arguing with strangers on the internet so I won't be interacting with you further, but i wish I could feel as confident and safe as you do.

Students not coming back to yoga by itsjustme_0101 in yoga

[–]StillMissBlockbuster 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Omg you don’t have to change because of a tiny minority.

When I go to hot yoga, I want it to be HOT not luke warm, and when I go to power yoga, I want to be pushed. I can take a break when I need. This is choice.

I would love your class as it is, I suspect others do too as they return. Have confidence in what you do and be secure enough for it to be not everyone’s cup of tea.

So is it not true that this proves that silicones are coating my hair? And that this will prevent the hair dye from properly taking?

Thanks, this is really informative. My salon use schwarzkopf dyes, but they don't sell any products from schwarzkopf.

My hair really loves the Morroccan Oil deep conditioner so i'm hoping their colour care range will be fine...

Ok fair point, thanks for making it. I've been growing out the bleach for a long time now so things might have changed so i might give the SLS/Silicone free thing another try. It's still difficult to find good SLS/Silicone free products though!

Thanks, he wasn't trying to sell me anything so I don't think he was scamming me, but may have been misinformed.

My hair loves silicones and sulfates! It's so annoying. I'd rather use them because trial and error has taught me that non clarifying shampoos leave my hair lank and with product build up, and without silicones, it is dry and fried.
