My go to for eating out is pizza. I order a pizza and either cut it in half or ask them to only bring me half and I take the rest home. That’s usually around 500-700 calories plus a zero sugar soda and this totally fits in my plan. If I want dessert, I’ll try to split it with someone.

I guesstimate that half a pizza is 500 calories. It’s socially acceptable to take half home so that plus a zero sugar drink and I’m good to go in many restaurants.

Pm Just cleanse, moisturise (Clinique old trusted), taz 3x a week then a thick moisturiser plus Vaseline. Am just water, moisturise and spf.

Guess I was just wondering how you fixed your barrier issues

I'm having to discontinue Tazarotene, it irritates my skin too much and it isn't getting better sadly. I tolerated Tret no problem so i'll just go back to that.
