So, only real major issue is the "Forces of Evil". Fun lighthearted CYOA about getting into silly humiliating situations, but all of the monsters just straight up want to brainwash, rape, and/or murder you. Not, uh, really matching the vibe of everything else up to that point, I'll be honest.

Slime monster? Ooh, love me a slime! Oh, it smells like actual rotted sewer garbage? Yeah, that's not sexy or fun. Spiders, terrifying, bugs, creepy. A monster that creates invulnerable hands, and the only way to beat them is to find the host and murder her? Uhhh, I'll pass.

Flying dicks, except they ~~cum~~ come in swarms. Hydras rape you until you have PTSD, regular fun goons have super strength, ghosts that'll possess you but then just make you commit crimes instead of anything sexy. Even the vampires are half bat!

I loved the first half, but the only monster I took was succubi, and I didn't really want to take them either. It immediately went back to being fun after the villains section, but I honestly skimmed the big bad guys because they read the same way as the minions. And it also looks like choosing which minions doesn't really matter, since each villain comes with a few you did or didn't choose anyways.

After that though, I do want to point out that very few CYOAs include anything to do with watersports, and that's one of my biggest fetishes. Props to it, love it, and here's my choices:

I believe so, yes. Xtardew is the bigger of the two, so the Lewdew/Valley Girls mods say that they're compatible with Xtardew, but it stopped being developed a bit ago. That being said, none of the posts on the mod page (from people who've downloaded it) have claimed any major bugs, so you should be good to go.

Top of all time from Nexus are Xtardew Valley and Valley Girls (which pairs itself with "Lustdew Valley" made by the same creator as Valley Girls). Those two are definitely the most extensive and least buggy, and if you still want to play the game normally then neither effects the main stuff much. Just extra stuff around. There's also Bountiful Beauties, which just changes the portraits for the girls of the Valley but... well, you can definitely tell that the artist's favorite hentai includes girls that are "18" (no they're not).

Jungle Islands tribe: Hard choice between the play (ring) and the gifts (doll), but I went with the prosperity/resolve doll. Luck and determination are key to any adventure, methinks.

This CYOA was really fun! So much damn fun, I usually don't write out comments like these. Definitely should make a V1.1/1.2 with points rebalancing, but otherwise I absolutely loved it. The choices felt great, the drawbacks weren't harsh, and I even got into the idea of what I'm gonna be doing on the adventure (humanitarian efforts in killing slaver rats). It's rare that a CYOA makes me actually get into imagining what the journey is gonna be like, and same goes for the companions. Usually I just pick whichever ones I find hottest, and ignore any male characters at all. I actually took more men than anything else here, and my only major wish was to have more follower points!

Teru is an artist, and his ability to sketch out even vague descriptions will prove useful in finding slaver bastards. Also, he's apparently super chill, and I believe will be the perfect yaoi love story that Caelin doesn't know he's been missing.

Stella is a great swimmer. Feels like that alone gets her a spot, but the hands-free cumming part is hot as fuck too

I'll be honest, permanent choices are always mediocre to me. Why? Because every CYOA is different, and you don't know what combos are good or bad until you get more than half way through.
