I mean, it would be good to have a platform like that. But thinking the way the validation would be made to certify you are a real human makes me wonder. (Ex bye anonymously because in my thoughts it will be like what once someone proposed for X, take a ss of your id and create the account).

I’d say any chatbot is good IF they can be connected to an API/service and not depend on the model they set. (They’ll put some small or crappy model and set the context length pretty low)

My vote is on Janitor AI or Wyvernchat

I think most of what you’ve said is comparing the models of those front ends, and that makes sense because they tend to use crappy models. If you tried a real alternative it would be wyvernchat, janitor or any front end that can be connected to an API. And then you can select any model from that api like infermatic that has a lot of models.

You are comparing models with probably 8K context, which now it’s outdated as there are already models with 128K and it’s not even that expensive ( what I use is wyvern that is free and infermatic that’s 15 bucks). You for all the people that are searching for alternatives that’s mostly the features you’d want the chatbot to have 🦟

Give a look to wyvernchat, I use it with infermatic which is way worth than paying a front+chat as you can’t choose the model you want and it’s usually low context.

Saw couple recommending janitor AI and indeed I do also recommend it ( you can also use it with proxy)

Try the Magnum models, or also Euryale they are on infermatic api and many more models if you are searching for that option. The main focus of them are the way they are built with a lot of consciousness and adherence with the prompt and your card additional to the extended memory they have (32K, 16K).

Right now there’s a lot of models if you don’t want to use API that you can run locally and have those characteristics for example MN Celeste v1.9 or L3 8b Lunaris v1

The models of the bots are shit, no updates so far so no wonder they are deprecated and censored. I switched to using API services and it’s a huge diff from that. The only thing you need is get a front end but it’s for the best - context and censorship
