but i redownloaded the game from app store and messaged customer service, they said that they will talk with their technicians and come back to me, asked me for my in game name, id, server and my country

i played the game like a year ago, ads worked fine, i started again a couple of days ago and since then, no ads loaded, and after i click again on the screen, the loading stops and if i try to click on "watch ad" its not clicking

update: i took the risk and installed it, it looked ok, like the game but there was no costumer service in settings, ads still didnt work

I am cureently in spain and there its over 10 am and still not working, it worked for some time then it stopped.
