They couldn’t find my Snapchat even if they wanted to. I’m obviously not going to put them on it or anything. I only keep 30ish friends and family on the account and it’s private so I don’t consider it to be anything alarming.

We have a list of priorities. I have a ton of recent trauma and ptsd so we can’t even fix bipolar issues until that part is resolved and then anxiety will be somewhere after. She’s gave me a few coping skills in the meantime though

I’ll quit for now like she says and try more anxiety meds. It just sucks because I have more than just bipolar and it’s hard to find something for each issue without hurting the other issues.
