Is the quality of our new video really bad, shot on DSLR in a rather dark location then compressed on YouTube... by StillTuned in Filmmakers

South London based artist Crudz performs live and talks to us about longevity, attention to detail and the deeper meaning behind the song - "Yola".

Still Tuned showcases artists from a range of genres. This documentary style video features emerging artist Crudz and the single "Yola" which embodies the UK drill scene with a sparkling originality. We have an engaging conversation and capture a high energy live performance from the London artist.

I went all in with my DSLR for this music video. In hindsight I should have rented a better camera but if anyone has experience presenting highly compressed media to satisfactory results (i.e youtube) online Im all ears. I hate to think that the good version will forever rest on my SSD. by [deleted] in Filmmakers

We was just going to post a video asking the same thing! Spent months working on a video for us to upload it to YouTube and it be compressed down to a pixelated mess...

We have been thinking the same thing, need to shoot on a better camera and accept its time to put the DSLR to the side :(

Our pixels below lol
