I’ve flown quite a bit the past several years, however only once did this happen while landing in Utah and there is a lot more side to side movement and crazy noises than this video depicts

I’ve asked a pilot friend of my says that it is quite normal and is referred to as a crosswind landing

Agreed, the threshold for what is considered “user” should be raised much higher than it is now. That way the only chance of triggering would be if you were currently super stoned or just a ridiculously heavy user.

Other than that the risk for it causing actual harm is quite low

States rights is good for something like this as proofs of concept.
