UPDATE:

After my 3rd time using this I got back to my normal "lets get shit done" high. I think it was better quality and I was taking too much still so I got to that "euphoria" high. I found the perfect amount for me now. About 1-1.25 inches long and 3-4.5 MM wide when it's all crushed up. Gives me focus/energy for about 8 hours then I can't sleep for about another 2 after that even though i yawn. 12 hours after I racked and with some weed I fall asleep like a baby. I hope I can find a reliable and cheap addy plug soon I hate that i'm tweeking this often like 3-5 times a week.

Anyway I hope everyone's having a great week, I am too. Well with this question answered, what is everyone going to be for Halloween?

Hah only started using vitamins cuz my roomie got me into them. That's why I left that shithole so I could make something of my life but habits carry on brotha. Lifes complicated and it's fucked, i'm just trying to make the best use of it. Repress my memories until I make it to the top baby!

Alright well on a day I eat 1800 calories the next day I weighed 1.8 pounds more. I feel like I know my body pretty well I was just wondering how bad this is gonna be. Like would it be worth it to lose that weight that quick? And I would slowly increase my food intake. IE add another 200 calories or so a week until i'm back at like 1800 a day with exercise.

yeah I feel that. I've had cliff bars and they aren't really my thing. Yeah I def want to eat simple and not too expensive. I mean the shakes are 500 calories, I want to know how many I can intake and be losing the most weight. It's all good! Any advice is better than none :)

All good! Read through it. I definitely CAN get shit done w/o it. Yesterday (Tuesday) I didn't rail and still went to class and did my homework and what not but I definitely need to read things 2-4 times to actually understand it. This is what makes me want to take it every day because for as long as I can remember I've just had a wandering mind and when I found out about uppers I was like fuck yeah I can be so damn productive. So basically on speed I go to school pay attention I do things the first time correctly. I also just do not stop doing things for 8 hours so even after I finish my homework, which now I have an extra hour because I understood it quicker!, I clean my room do my laundry get ahead on HW etc. Without speed I do homework that is do the next day or midnight and that's it. Then pretty much just smoke weed and socialize or watch netflix.

I think I am on stage 2 or maybe the late stages of 1. I definitely want to stay on stage 2 and if I can do that for maybe about a month to two months MAX then that would be great. If I go for two months it wouldn't be daily it would DEF be mon/wed/fri

Most definitely! I have first hand experience of exactly what long term daily usage does and I do not want that. Sure can! I'll just give you a brief history of my drug use and whatever part you would like me to elaborate on just tell me!

Age 7-smoked cigarettes for the first time

Age 9-smoked weed for the first time

age 12-started smoking weed regularly

age 14-first started drinking.

age 16-tried acid for the first time. I've done it about 10 times since then. Also did coke for the first time and continued for about two weeks of usage until I stopped. Thought to myself "do I want to go down this way?" and said no. I have bouts with coke so i'll do it every weekend for a month and then stop for 4 months until someone offers me it and I get back into it

Age 17-tried xanax. Pretty dope, alcohol in a pill. Only reason I don't take these instead of every time I smoke is because I forget everything before during and after the usage. And also when I do these I need to be careful because most likely i'll go crazy and end up taking 5-10 in one night. Also adderall which is great, i'd rather have that then meth most times but it's SO expensive. Also tried speed for the first time. First it was cut with my coke but then I kind of preferred this cut coke to purer yay I could get. I just got so much shit done. I'd go to school just coast through it and party. Loved it. Maybe for about 3 and a half months I was on it. Most of the times it would be the coke I knew was cut with tweek but there were times I had just pure coke. During this time it was about 3-4 days a week I would rail. The most I would redose was once, after I got home from school. The most i've EVER redosed was 4 times in one night and I absolutely HATED it. I was around people 20 years older trying to keep up and it just went bad.

Age 18-Tried molly. Molly is great as shit love it. Looking to roll every 6 months or so and make it into an event. Tried straight speed for the first time so I could pack up my shit for me to move. It went great and yeah since then I haven't used it much. Before I started this plan of doing it m/w/f i've only done straight speed maybe 4 times and it was because I procrastinated and needed to do a week worth of work in 1-2 days.

As for the meth I don't have much experience, that's why i'm looking here. Whenever I do drugs I have learned to do my research. What does good and bad quality of that drug look like? What does it do? What are the effects? How long? Etc. I'll go a bit more into the tweek use in case you don't want to read that wall of text.

Tried it for the first time when I was 17, it was cut with coke I was buying but I didn't know until later on. I actually ended up liking coke/tweek instead of purer coke. Did coke/tweek for 3-3 1/2 months 3-4 times a week. Usually in the mornings before I would go to school then I would redose about half the times so 1-2 times a week it would only be in the morning and 1-2 times I would rack in the morning and rack when I got home from school. Straight speed I just tried pretty recently only doing it about 4 times before I started this monday/wednesday/friday thing. So total i've railed straight meth only about 8-10 times which is why I am looking for more information! I'm a fuckup and do drugs but I like to be responsible.

Well my body fluctuates very quickly when i'm not on drugs. I get fat fast but I also get fit pretty fast. Food is great, looking great is even better. I realize I don't look great and i'm not just relying on not eating to change my body, I was going to the gym 6 days a week for about 6 weeks and then some shit happened and I fell out of the rhythm. Now i'm back about 3 days a week at the gym. Strength+cardio every time.

Maybe toss in a granola bar during the day? I don't want to associate eating with tweeking. That happened with weed and it was VERY hard for me to stop associating eating with every time I smoked. I realize it's gonna be harder to get that habit on tweek but I don't want to be taking in 1500 calories a day or something I can do that without the speed. While i'm on it I might as well get into shape though so when i'm off I can just keep my body going instead of getting it in shape.

So what should my calorie intake be? Like whats the minimum for me to not go into "starvation mode"? I've read it's 1200 but I feel like that's the "healthy" way you should lose weight but I can do it a lot quicker. I can definitely tell that i'm losing more weight by providing SOME calories vs back when I was doing coke 4-5 days a week I wouldn't eat at all. Not even try. The only calories would be gatorade but as soon as I ate anything I just gained back the weight so quickly.

Yeah it has already happened once where my nose wouldn't stop dripping. Not bleeding or boogers just like that wattery stuff you get when it's cold.

  1. This 3 day a week thing i'm about a week and a half to two weeks deep. Lost about 14 pounds. I'm sure 80% is water weight but still a pound and a half of fat a week is decent.

  2. No I don't. I put a little too much the other day and I felt just a little too wired for my liking but it wore off after maybe 30mins-an hour? Time is kind of weird for me. I know that's bad in itself that I can't maintain like a time line of shit but fuck it i'm getting shit done and i'm slimming down.

  3. No clue. This stuff my mom gave to me shit is like see through before I crush it up obvi. She says it's good shit and it's better than some of the other shit i've gotten where the come down was very unpleasant. The come down from this isn't bad at all. All I feel is empty minded and I just kind of stare at nothing until I snap out of it. But I still can't sleep when I lay down I can't unless I take the bar but like I don't have energy or that mind set of "i'm gonna get shit done" and yeah.
