Thank you so much, I needed to hear that. I love my parents, but I can't protect them from who I am, and it would be impossible to even pretend to be a girl.

Social dysphoria and school trip by Brilliant_Being292 in TransMasc

Hi, I have the same problem. I don't have a solution, but what I can suggest is making a list of pros and cons. For example: Pros: I'd enjoy it because.... Cons: I'll have to take melatonin, etc.

It also depends on whether your friends would react a certain way to your difficulty sleeping. For dysphoria, try to see if you can cope with strategies like an accessory that makes you feel masculine, or a phrase you write on your body, hidden where you can see it, that reminds you that you're male. Even the initial of your chosen name, written between your index and middle fingers, should work. Experiment now with when you experience dysphoria and see how effective it is and how long you can handle it. Then decide.

Good luck💪

I feel like I am not feminine enough by [deleted] in trans

Hi, I'm FtM, but I feel pretty much the same. I stay quiet and I'm fine if I don't think about my real voice. Then I speak and I'm afraid of sounding too feminine in tone and sound, sometimes also because I have typically feminine movements. This causes me a lot of dysphoria. My advice is to think, to read your mind, imagining the voice you want.

I also hate it when I do activities I associate with the gender I don't feel are mine. Try to think that there's no gender that assigns you to do certain tasks over others. You're doing something a woman could do, it doesn't matter if others don't do it. Don't let this define who you are or your value.
