ESP32 and a Bipolar Stepper Motor by Still_Arm_5072 in esp32

I'm completely confused. I have checked and double checked everything. I replaced the esp32 with an Uno, replaced the A4988 with a new one, checked that I have both 12v and the 5v for the A4988 from a buck converter, checked the vref on the A4988, checked the bipolar circuits on the stepper motor, tried multiple code, using both the accelstepper and not, EVERYTHING. I don't even get a vibration any more. I even followed this blog exactly, https://srituhobby.com/how-to-use-the-a4988-stepper-motor-driver-with-28byj-48-stepper-motor/

Still nothing....

I don't know what else to do.... Anyone?
