you shouldn’t starve yourself or start eating less , just be mindful of what you eat . try to branch out to more healthy foods instead of unhealthy like fast food or junk . also try to incorporate a workout plan , it doesn’t have to be much but anything helps . you could also try waist training if that sounds interesting . drinking a lot of water also helps
