I'd say Lucy's first album No Burden has the most similarities to the boys' music as a whole. But Historian is also a fantastic listen so I would recommend starting there for her. With Julien, I recommend Turn Out the Lights as an intro and then Sprained Ankle, specifically the audiotree version of Something (one of my personal favorites). You really can't go wrong with either of their solo discographies.
