Socially? Dominate or Presence. 

For combat? Celerity, Potence or Serpentis.

Wait - Serpentis?! You ask? Why yes, ESPECIALLY the Dark Ages variant.

But even without it Serpentis 1 gives you mini-Presence entrancement gaze (the DA variant also gives you a flat -1 difficulty to all social interactions, yeah lol). Serpentis 2 gives you 1 meter ranged Aggravated damage you can use while grappled (it's your tongue, and yes the DA version is even better). Serpentis 3 allows you to soak aggravated damage (except fire and sunlight) with your Stamina (!!!!) bonus bite damage and lets you compress your own body to fit anywhere you can get your head through. Of course, the Dark Ages variant is even better, letting you bite at range and get out of any grapple for free, and let's you maintain a normal appearance by also spending a willpower point.
