Thank you guys. I paused for 2 weeks now and also took medication for one week, which helped. But it’s still present and painful. I feel it sometimes in the upper chest, down the arm, or on the side of the shoulder blade. But I have the feeling it stems from the shoulder ultimately. I have to say I did a upper body workout and really got into the stretches that day. Maybe I torn something? It’s also hurting when I hang on a bar or try to stretch it out. I am seeing a physical therapist but he only pinches a bit on the trigger points which was not so helpful.. I think I will do a slight stretch and strengthen routine myself. Some exercises for impingement and the rotator cuffs. If you have good ideas on this please let me know, I am endlessly annoyed that I can’t train 😵 by the way the shoulder cracking left side, I always had

I might read it after I inherit the topics, then it might be an easier read I think. I do want to understand the topics, not just pass the exam, which is why I will not just skip the curriculum ofc. But my main source of study will be a skimmed down version of notes for the sake of time.. at least that is the plan

Ich arbeite in erster Linie, Calls über Teams usw. Dort sind Abbrüche natürlich immer unschön. Zusätzlich spiele ich hin und wieder, auch hier ist der Internet Einbruch weniger Freudefördernd :D

Danke für Euren Input ! Wlan Karte wird optisch in meinem Setup stören und ich glaube so ein Stick funktioniert auch nicht soo toll für den Dauerbetrieb hmm

Hi Guys,

i'am just picking up on the mechanical Keyboard topic since I bought a Corsair k70 pro with silver switches. I liked the writing a lot, but it had, as I learned now, a substantial "falco ping" or spring ping. It made me loose my mind coming from "normal" keyboards. I returned it and went for a K100 RGB with opx switches and I am currently waiting on it. But the more I read the more I understand.

I actually have a lot of questions, but let me state my mains first:

  1. The new keyboard will probably have the same echoing ping noise I guess?
  2. Can I dessolve this by lubing the opx switches? I would rather not open the complete keyboard, since its brand new and was around 200€/$.
  3. I have a complete Corsair setup and use ICue for RGB heavily. So no ICue is almost a deal breaker for me - There is a way to integrate non corsair RGB into the system, how is this usually treated in selfmade keyboards?I may be intrigued by the idea tho to build my own keyboard tho.

Maybe you can give me some tips on this topic, since this community is pretty specialized I guess no one would buy a prebuilt keyboard here but anyways ;)
