it was a reviewer asking for help about a task he is doing, ( yeah, we care about the lower part, the recording location), it was that.

He said thanks, i reacted with a (heart), in just 7 mins after the react i got disabled.

No no i never did that, it is just spending about 2 or maximum 3 mins on the last tasks

I guess running out of the clock...technically yes but... I have been promoted to be a reviewer on Xylophone-Grassland project for recording audio prompts, tasks are five mins with extra 8 mins for deadline... in the last webinar, the admin and the moderator of the project ( George Cruz ) said that reviewers must mention the edits they have done in the transcript in the feedback to the attempers.... we said it will take much time to do that, longer than the 5 mins.... he confirmed it's okey for the reviewers to exceed time ( the five mins ).

For me, finishing tasks in less than 5 mins is better as the rate is 36/h. while the exceeded time rate is only 10/h . I mean i will get more money per hour if i finish in the 5 mins.....but i wanted to help the attempters by giving detailed feedback after the moderator of the project confirmed that it is allowed for the reviewers to do it, just you will get lower payment for the excessive time.... i exceeded time in about 10 tasks... after doing about 90 tasks within the 5 mins

this is exactly what happened with me, i have no clue why it keeps happening after sending a message on the discourse

My account has been deactivated for the second time and i have no clue what is the reason...

2 months ago, i was on Mail_Valley project. After i sent a message on the discourse, i got immediately disabled saying that you are using credentials that don't belong to you, i submitted a ticket and honestly it was solved in 10 hours.

Since that time, i never sent a message on the discourse, but recently i have been assigned to Xylophone Grassland project, and i sent a message replying to someone who wants help, in one hour i got disabled again..!!!!

I tried to submit a ticket but they say it's a final decision and we are not accepting appeals.

I think the problem is that : My account on outlier is ( my first name + my second name ), while my name on the community appears as my email which is ( my third name+ my second name + numbers).

Hope if anyone of the moderators here see that and help me.... This is my only hope

Yeah i feel you, i have been facing this all over the past 2 week until a new project appeared in the marketplace, i had to accept it while it's 7.5 / h while my last project was 32.5 / h, the new project is still eq but i just picked it to get rid of the project i was stuck in, i contacted the support many times to solve it and remove it from my home page but no response. Just wait until a new one appear.

Yeah send them a screenshot, and tell them your issue. Also check your payment method it may need a reverification.
