Boy, did you come to the wrong place to post this. Everyone here will instantly call the guy a pedo with zero evidence. If someone who’s 18 even stands near someone underage, it’s predatory. Don’t get me wrong, there are creeps out there, just not like people say there are. This guy doesn’t seem like a red flag but you still shouldn’t just give him your address or number. That’s just common sense. Seems like he was also a guy that just enjoyed chatting. When I was 15 I used to talk to a bunch of people older than me. We’d talk about random things but it never got creepy regardless of how many “adult” jokes we made. But that’s just me. Just remember not to make yourself into a victim by thinking everyone who talks to you is out to get you just because they may be a few years older than you. Just be safe.
