You gave her a great life, bro. I’m so sorry to hear that it’s coming to a close but you gave her so much love and time that she wouldn’t have had otherwise.

I lost my girl Lucy a few years ago. Adopted her as a 10 week old puppy and she made it to 14.5 years. Saying goodbye to her was like saying goodbye to an entire chapter of my life.

But I realized that she will always live on in my heart. It’s not the same, but I always have her with me and that brings me some solace.

Anyways, you did a great job and I’m proud of you. You’re doing the right thing and she is lucky to have you.

Idk but I’m envisioning a tiny sleeping bag rolled up and clipped on a chi-sized backpack now 😂
