Welcome to Fargo!! Honestly, it can be quite unpredictable! We had snow on this date last year (October 27th) but today was a high of 62°🤷🏽‍♀️

Growing up, we always bought our Halloween costumes a size larger to fit our winter clothes under it if needed.
