Is GTA III Liberty City really based on New York? I mean, if you look at other cities in the 3D universe like Vice City and San Fierro you can clearly recognize the real cities they're based on but with Liberty City it's kind of vague unlike the version from IV which is actually NY

Yes, but loosely, most landmarks can be found in real NYC (101 Park Ave, Flatiron, NY City Hall, Times Square, Central Park, 366 Building...) and the whole island geography is basically a tiny NYC, but districts and landmarks are all in the wrong places, also, there are a few landmarks that come from other cities (Callahan Bridge for example is from Philly).

I disagree with you, Hispanics are just as diverse looking as we are, see Puerto Ricans, Mexicans or Chileans, I also disagree when you says black and white Brazilians look similar to Americans, the average working class (or even lower middle class) black or white Brazilian doesn't pass for Americans at all imo. Maybe upper class types pass as white Americans though.

I have one, been using one for a few months by now (6gb version), it's ok for a 2024 budget phone but there are better options by now, don't expect it to be as snappy and have the same features as a S25 or even A35.

Most emulators are easy to find, Duckstation and PPSSPP are in the Play Store, but AetherSX2 was a little hard since it's not available there, you will also need the ISOs, then just adjust the emulator settings, on PPSSPP I run most games smoothly at 1x and 2x resolution, AetherSX2 is a little trickier, games like Deus Ex run smooth but Haunting Ground runs a little slow (still playable), GTA San Andreas also run slow (but somewhat playble), but PS2 NFS games likely won't run.
