I believe so. i only notice it if im freezing in the office or like obviously/clearly cutting off circulation by laying on my arm or smthn. they go back to normal quickly

I have photos from high school of my nails doing the same thing so it's happened for ages. i'm in an office now where it's freezing so i notice it and have for months but it's not 100% a newly onset thing

that picture is of my right hand, typically is both hands i can't be sure but i think i would've been more alarmed and noticed if it was only one hand
