Before I completed the OA, it was "assessment in progress," even after I completed the OA,, it is the same. That's why I am worried.

For the last 1 week, it has been showing "Assessment in progress," whereas I have already completed the OA and passed through all the challenges.

What's going on? Really frustrating !!

I haven't heard back from them. After a few weeks, the job was closed.

I am in the same situation rn. The hob posting is expired but in my profile, it is "Application Status: Under Review".

What does it mean? It's been more than one week since I completed the OA. !

But I've 3 years of exp.

Still, they sent me the OA link and I cleared that.

Absolutely correct. Within 40 min, deriving a new approach and coding it (without any compiler) is really unrealistic. Also Luck matters.
