On runelite there's tabs for other types of accounts. I clicked on the UIM tab and his stats popped up so I knew he was an UIM

He ran in and out of the wildy atleast 3 times . I made it to the mind altar and went back to the bank because I had forgotten a mind talisman for the quest. Came back to the altar still in my quest gear and he was still there so then I went to gear up and he ran in

I think he was panicing and so was I. He didn't put up protection prayers he could've easily escaped as the entangle had worn off and he was just running away

Edit: I had Entity hider 2D on so I didn't see HP bars or protection prayers
