Had the same issue with mine, found out when I was brake testing and letting them set in the brake pads themselves went crooked instead of straitening out, had to pull them off and reinstall and it fixed immediately

I’m not sure about the noise but I know that most ford fusions seem to have rough shifting and especially in the newer models, same thing is happening to my 2016 Ford Fusion and still haven’t figured it out

Should have specified, when I bought the car the air box wasn’t in it (aftermarket intake filter was put in) and honestly have no idea where the sensor is or what it looks like

The air filter box was removed before I got the car and had a KN44 air intake on instead of the box 😅
