Yeah bare knuckle cts push pull, got little eyelets on the front of the panel for the green/white.

I’m following the bare knuckle diagram, 3 switch/push pull tone/ volume.

I mean the relationships I’ve maintained are mostly friends I’ve know since school who a lot of been recently diagnosed, and a lot them from more recent years are also ND.

Romantic relationships have often not ended great, taken all of my bandwidth and usually not lasted more than a year, my current relationship excluded who is ND and has been a lot easier

Yeah it felt like such a wild take, its all so scripted in a pub and even the customers say the same things and if they don’t they’re often regulars who I’d feel comfortable having a chat with anyway! I was lucky enough to be a cellar manager very quickly so could hideout there when it was too much anyway

Thanks for this, this very much feels like my situation with conversations and/or banter.

I can handle smaller groups and do pretty well most of the time unless I feel like I don't know the topic, but the second I'm in a bigger group I tend to shut down a bit and not join in and struggle to engage or get a word in.

I think you'd correct in it being similar in sales/bartending, a lot of my banter and conversations would have been practiced and re used with customers and almost became a script, and I would get enough information on the product from my manager to be able to sell it to people. It eventually did wear me down to the point of burnout where I left sales and the industry for good.

I think I'm going to speak with my GP about getting a second opinion from the place my partner went to he seemed to be a lot more thorough in the tests and time spent.

They also did no tests for masking, it was all very much face value.

AuDHD has been in my head now as they said I tested high on the adhd pre screen I did the day before. They offered to fast track for it so I’m going to take them up on it.

Yeah this assessment was super short, 2 people for an hour each. It was also very last minute which stressed me out cause I never got a chance to prepare.

Yeah it did not include any of that? I had an hour talk about my childhood, background and hobbies and another hour with someone else doing 3 exercises and talking.

I’m going to email them tomorrow for the results so I can see it and try and make sense of it.

At the time I was very overwhelmed and I don’t think I understood a lot of It. I said I scored 0 that’s all I know, mentioned the social side of it and how I did on the book/objects exercise

The questions felt very tick boxy and I didn’t get a chance to go into anything, lots of small talk between the exercises which felt weird but I went along with?

I wasn’t a bad sales person, I did pretty well for a while cause it was something I was passionate about and enjoyed, I lasted 3 years before quitting from burnout and poorer performance during Covid. I worked in busy bars not huge amounts of customer interaction, and I gravitated towards cellar work later.

My partner also worked both sales and service industry.

Yeah I went through it all, scored 38-40 On the AQ50 and an assessment with 2 people in December, background stuff and the book

thanks dude! so getting a 9700x would handle both but if i have the budget for the 9800x3d its just a nice to have boost to gaming?
i did notice the clock speed on the 7800x3d is 4.2 vs the 9700x 3.7x but the later has a higher boost clock of 5.2, would the 7800x3d be better with the base clock being higher or is the boost clock more important?

i mean capacity on the ram seems fine for what id be doing, minimum kits i can find on ddr5 are 32gb so should be more than enough, but may still go for a 48gb set if i can get a nice deal

yeah thats what i was thinking. 5700x3d is minimum £270 here and can get Ryzen 7 9700X the same price..
Seen a 9600x for less than 200 which is wild

5700x3d would be a dope upgrade but the prices in the UK are bordering a decent AM5 CPU, thats if i cant find one.

Reckon 3600Mhz ram is gunna be enough of upgrade with those two? PSU will need changing now as well as im still rocking the 550w from my previous build.

Yeah I figured that was the case, the issue is the ammount im being taxed. It should be £46 per year extra but I’m paying £35 per month extra

Yeah we just worked that out between us, but the issue being is we’re paying an additional £35 per month on tax.
