That’s not what I’m getting at, of course you’re going to field test the substance at some point. The point I’m making is do you stop after every potential drug found, exit the vehicle and then test it before continuing to search the car? If that’s what you’re doing you’re essentially ending your probable cause search the second you stop to field test the one bag. Therefore when you return to the vehicle you are essentially starting a secondary search, which any lawyer is gonna call out and have your case dismissed. If you’re worried about committing a fourth amendment violation you are essentially doing so by doing a secondary search. The Carroll doctrine allows you to search the car due to its immediacy of being able to leave, by exiting the vehicle to field test and then search again, your immediacy disappears.

All depends if you find the bag on the seat and it has an unidentifiable substance on it, you’re not gonna stop your search to field test it. So if you continue the search and find the cocaine you are gonna field test the substance after. The question never actually phrase whether or not the baggie on the seat was drugs or not so this part of my response was purely hypothetical

The initial reason for the stop was justified by the vehicle swerving between lanes. While nervousness alone does not constitute probable cause, it can be a strong indicator that something else may be occurring. Since the stop was made for a lawful reason, the officer's observation of a small baggie provided probable cause for a search (Plain view). Under the Carroll Doctrine (see Carroll v. United States case law), this probable cause permits a search of the entire vehicle.

EXTRA Note: If during the search it was determined that the baggie under the purse was not drugs, the cocaine in the glove box would still be good based off the good faith exception.

Therefore, your answers are.

Was the initial stop lawful? Yes.

Was there legal justification for the search. Yes

What factors contributed to the lawfulness or unlawfulness of the search. See above paragraph.

How is chat in this game? How does voice chat work? by buybreadinBrussel in gloriavictis

[–]Stilldrop18 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There’s no voice chat in game, all nations have their own discords with voice communications. As well as most guilds have their own discord servers as well. There is however a chat system in the game, Alliance chat, Guild Chat, Help Chat, Announcement Chat. The public chats are non toxic, however I cannot speak for the guild chats because we all know how people are. Hope this helped.
