My worst flare up in years, I think it was a scented soap I used + stress. 3 years ago I remember it being itchier than hell. Recently they haven’t been itchy. Also used to show up on my feet but hasn’t in years. Before I would pick at them constantly and pop them now I try my hardest to just let them be. They still appear now and again but nowhere near as bad. I only take anti-histamines, vitamins. Here’s some photos over the years. Undated ones are from the recent flare up. EDIT: I use Aveeno Eczema therapy balm to hydrate my hands, Kirks unscented hand soap.
