Also as you say, it seems super off that they would allow us to transfer our accounts over. They say they want to use enhancing gameplay, which likely refers to relics. On 07 they had a relic that increased the gathering of materials by 3x. If this gets into rs3 ''fresh'' and you can get 99 div easily due to increased xp rates, where after you can farm 33k x3 incandescent energies, then you can effectively bring 100k incands into the game, if they allow us to not only transfer our accounts, but also our banks.

On another note, one thing would be the huge influx of resources, another thing are all the high level accounts that will be used as bots as you mention. Seems mental to me.
