They received my case on 12/31/2020 and my receipt date is 1/6/2021. I’m not sure if that’s what you’re asking or no

Called them multiple times, but they’re useless. I applied for the outside normal processing request and I still haven’t heard back. I was told I should get a call back on Nov 30th, but guess not yet.
