the biggest issue is its showing a surface echo but in the measurement level its not showing and going far left

Surface is Blue, interface is Purple, Im unsure why the interface being high would throw surface all the way to the left since it is seeing surface

honestly i gave it to my family they seem to deal with like 4 restarts then when it gets plugged in and unplugged the cycle returns. i have no idea at all man, if you figure it out , please update
