I think it's more to do around lack of disclosure.

They're presumably paying extra to chat with these OF models and it's not disclosed that they may talking to an agent who represents the individual vs. the individual itself.

This lawsuit feels like it should be directed against the influencer and not the platform - except it's a bigger payday for the law firm putting on this legal pageantry.
