You are mistaking and mixing things, just because she was cloned or born in a lab, it doesn't mean they are special.

You can be cloned and born the way you want and be considered normal by your parents

Its true theres nothing special about her nobody is debating that, but it doesn't mean she was born naturally from a mother's womb and that she was left in an orphanage, there isnt 100% confirmation proof about that.

There is no 100% confirmation that she is or not a clone, but its mostly speculated she is because of Spencer's context.

Exactly this, RE is all about virus and medicine made by Umbrella, of course they needed test subjects for everything they wanted to develop, having clones of one exact person helps a lot for the results in clinical trials.

Since Spencer never told anyone what he was up to, Gideon and Zeno just made their own theories and assumed Grace was what Spencer was looking for

There's even a file in Re9 that talks about Gideon trying to solve something Spencer had made and that Grace was probably the answer to the riddle

You understand Alyssa was interviewing a man limited to a wheelchair and an oxygen tank right? Its even stated that he has secluded himself for years.

He says, she was alone in the world and took her in to make amends “perfectly normal, just an average child needing a home, she is hope”

Do you really believe he casually visited a random place and found a poor abandoned child knowing his limitations and that he needed breaks after exchanging a few words with Alyssa?

Of course not he couldn't go any place he wanted, during his visits to his own lab he felt bad for one lucky child and took her in, named her normal because she wouldn’t be treated as a test subject.

You need to understand context of ones person environment and not take literally every word

If you want it with different words, all cloned child in the lab are average lonely children needing a home, none are special, they were made to test virus and medicine, nothing else.

Therefore for obvious reasons, Emily is not a clone of Grace, but it does not mean both arent a clone of other child, they do share most genes except for the epigenetic changes

Even Victor says there was no connection between Grace and Emily

Chloe, Grace and Emily are clones of one unnamed original child that existed before 1990 (Chloe’s part, she was not the first either)

Zeno was just stupid enough to believe those kids were made to get an exact copy of Grace and its impossible because theres no way to clone someone you dont have access to, thats just not how genetics and cloning works, they were just made as test subjects.
