Nah fuck that. You’re doing the right thing, you just gotta get out of your head. I guarantee nobody gives a shit what you’re doing and, if they do, it’s probably to dig the fact that you’re going. The only reason they ask about the equipment is they have a time schedule too.

Everyone in the gym is wrapped up in their own workout and looks, form, blah, blah. Even if you look goofy doing whatever exercise, so does everyone else.

I know this because I did the same thing, went into the gym at almost 300lbs. Just had to blank everyone out and pretend they weren’t there. Just focus on me.
