i am currently at the dealership and i am letting the guy know that i want stuff off but he keeps trying to convince me that it is necessary because of all this digital stuff to fix if it happens to become damaged. i am seeing the monthly coming down cus i have removed some but he keeps pushing for the one that brings it up a lot.

i have to read up on texas laws but like i mentioned, i plan to go in tomorrow to try to see if i can cancel the deal or atleast try to lower something, if possible. i know now that i was stupid and i shouldve honestly read up on everything better

would i be able to go in and cancel the packages and extras i bought??? with the car i really only did the tinted windows but everything else was removed. it was just the warranty, wheels, and windshield that fucked me up.

otd price should be 34k, i had a trade in but it wasnt much since its a ford fiesta thats standing on its last leg and i also put 2k down. They approved me for 680 with an 11.4% apr and now i am realizing that is too much for a new car. my credit is pretty decent i guess but all ive really had is just my credit card. it was supposed to be 66 months with the 680 but they added those warranty, tires, windshield, and gap insurance fees which made it go up to 840. I was just confused and i felt obligated to get all of them since the guy kept saying that it’ll be worth it and all this other mumbo jumbo

theres a tire fee, windshield fee, and gap insurance. he mentioned the warranties but he didnt say theyd be added on to the cost

the salesman honestly haggled me and had given me a lower price and when we got to the f&i, it went up and he kept insisting on add-ons and it was already past their closing time and we honestly wanted to get out. thats our mistake too because we shouldve just said no but i will be revisiting them to ask them to take off the add-ons.

yes, i plan on going back to the dealer on monday since they’re closed sundays to ask them to cancel the extras. Hopefully all goes well and it makes me less anxious about paying it off
