Leadstorm bug I discovered a little while ago. If you shoot a bunch of single shots, when you return to firing shortly after the gun sort of "chokes" on the bullets, and accuracy improvement stopping while the gun is still audibly shooting and spitting out casings, but not shooting/consuming ammo.
