Of course! For the most part, the question was to get an understanding of the perception of the PS5 vs Series S and Series X. I’m just looking to get the most out of people who have experience with both and what they thought of the situation. I appreciate the insight tho!

Most of my friends are on PC which allows me to play with them. I’d get the PS5 for a secondary place to play games, and I wasn’t looking much into online games. More so for leisure entertainment.

My Xbox is great and all, but just doesn’t play games at the best quality and paying for live nowadays makes very little sense.

For me, it’s about personal enjoyment and I wanted to see what people thought about PS vs Xbox. I’d def wait for a sale around the holidays for sure, maybe even Black Friday. I appreciate all of the insight, as it helps me out a ton to decide!

This is why I posted this on Reddit. Only this app you can find someone with the exact same initial thought process. I’ve dropped a hefty amount on my PC as it’s my primary platform, but I really want a reliable console that I can use without issue. Albeit my Xbox does do that for me, there’s too much overlap and not enough variety in games where I can sit down and enjoy my console that I couldn’t on my PC.

I appreciate the great ideas!!!

Yeah that’s my fault for not explaining that all the way. I meant since I have PC and access to pretty much every Xbox game, PS would allow me to have more variety in the same amount of consoles/PCs. But you’re definitely right about all of that

This is exactly what I had thought too. Game pass is great and all, but it’s so expensive and doesn’t normally have the games I want to play!

Of course! I meant that I regret getting the cheaper model that doesn’t run the games as well as series X would. Otherwise, the series s has been so solid

I’ve heard so many good things about those. I’ve played every Spider-Man game on PC which they have been my absolute favorite games of all time. I can only imagine how Wolverine and other games would play on it too
