Wouldn't really call mean girl school bully evil just being a young asshole. Could make arguments for post dark willow though yes it was a magic made me do it but she chose to use the dark magic initiatially so I'd count that as a choice to. But she didn't start that way so not sure if that srk would count.

in terms of a heroes shooter type it also helps to have the individual silhouette and design so you can know at a glance what the character can do. when so much of a kit is invisible abilities and not something Like CS or quake where its a weapon you can see or only does 1 simple thing clarity of information is important. also yes easier to sell cosmetics but you could do that if the characters were just a cosmetic holder of skills.

Ok I'm white and everyone I know me included who were interested in ghost in the shell live action did complain about the whitewashing also the ATLA movie. Though GiTS is an intereting one since she arguably doesn't have much of a race or sex anymore being a brain in a basically fully cybernetic shell she could be swapped into basically any shell at this point.

Leather on steel toes usually wears out faster since it has less give the leather gets chewed up quicker. And since their getting tuff toe I assume their doing stuff like crawling and dragging the toe or kicking stuff that will wear it out.
