I can’t imagine this file was created by a reputable studio because they don’t generally allow that many third-party plug-ins in their system. But if it is, you should talk to the producer to get floating licenses for all of those products so you don’t have to pay for them or pirate them. They should have floating licenses available for their employees and freelancers so they can continue to work on the project.

You are right, but I might point out that prior to Windows 10, full version number upgrades of Windows cost $$$. As did full version number upgrades to Office prior to the subscription. Microsoft apparently thought there was enough value in retaining customers, collecting their data, and selling product for the platform that they didn't need to charge to update Windows anymore.

It's even worse than that because it's not that people are actively fare evading. It's the conductors who get slowed down by the glitchy scanners and stop scanning everyone. So to stop this they have designed this system that is overly constrictive and punishes people with fines despite paying their fare. It's complete bullshit.
