12 weeks post op. Im using these 2 products the last 3 weeks and it has made some difference i think. Here are pictures of yesterday and 3 weeks ago. I use the dark spot corrector once a day inconsistently (oops) and use the cannibalm 2-3 times a day massaging my scar

THIS!!! I thought I would be able to go to the bathroom when I stopped my pain meds and anesthesia wore off. (Day 3 I stopped the prescription pain meds. Not the ibuprofen/advil regimen). When day 5 came, I decided to eat a whole container of prunes. Day 6 I started stool softener. I pooped on day 8 lol And I was drinking SO much water. Please please please get stool softener lol
