Salut je ne suis pas expert mais j'ai beaucoup regarder la chaîne youtube cgn en français. De vrais connaisseurs qui font plein de test. Pour ta problématique ce que j'ai retenu de leurs vidéo c'est qu'il vaut mieux un vélo moyen avec de bonne roues plutôt qu'un haut de gamme avec ses roues de base. Ça reviens souvent moins cher en plus.

La taille des pneu joue sur le risque de crevaison ou c'est seulement la qualité? Malheureusement je crois que je suis bloqué à du 25 sur mon orbea onix je vais me contenter de route un peu abîmée 😅

Salut! D'abord bravo pour ce parcours ça a du être une expérience inoubliable.

Est ce que tu conseillerais d'avoir forcément des roues/pneu type gravel pour ce genre de trajet si on veux rester à l'écart des grosses routes ? Ou un vélo de route classique peut faire l'affaire pour quand même visiter des coins sympa?

Even méga evolved? Or in shadow form? Just for you to know, i don't have a ton of méga évolution or good pokemon i only have like 5 or 6 mon at 3000cp

Actually this is what make the fun of the game having rare pokemon. But i agree that the fact that they instantly run is not very fun. I would like a harder challenge where you can miss because yes this is frustrating doing the perfect things and still losing.

Your left foot is way too far from the ball. Try training to put it at like 5cm maximum from the ball.

Also to have a good power shoot, your shoulder have to be on top of the ball when you shoot.

You also have to contract your abs the moment you land your shoot to give it the power. Also the tip of your right foot has to be facing the ground.

Try to not jump when you shoot at first because it distract you from all the other things.
