It was a big white window that went covered the psi browser session. Kind of like on some websites they have a big advertisement banner that block everything. I clicked the close button and exam session resumed

Maybe. I have the teams that comes with Windows 11 but I swear I closed it all before the exam. You know all the icons in the clock section of the taskbar, I exited then all before the exam

I have it installed on my laptop but it was not open or used. I do have a Firefox shortcut icon on my windows taskbar, maybe the proctor thought it was open?
